Treating shattered ceramic vases with a chemical solution, crystalline formations grow on the unglazed areas resealing the body into a new form. The transformative nature of the work is firmly in the zeitgeist where curiosity and experimentation in modification and fluidity both in creative and human aspects is a developing theme.

These crystallised ceramics have proven to be a good source of inspiration for me, as look at how the forms have been created using this mineral is therapeutical and gives a direction to our project
