Stress
This Iceberg model is based on the stress that comes up while traveling with public transport.

I made it because our project was about stress and students, and lots of students deal with public transport.
This Iceberg model is based on the occurance of skipping breakfast. This is a result of the fast life students live.

Skipping breakfast has a lot of bad consequences and is also connected to stress.
Stress is a big and complicated occurance. To get an overview of how it occurs, behaves and reacts I made this process map. It shows what the causes are from stress, what stress actually is, what the consequences of stress are and what the solutions for stress can be.
This map was important for our project because we also wanted to reduce stress within students. To do that it is important to know what causes the problem.
In the map I also included stress within students specifically because the causes can differ per target group. To know how we can reduce it specially for students it is handy to know how it occurs and behaves within students.
